Return and Exchange Policy
We make sure that our valued customers can get the most satisfactory environment while ordering our products. For this reason, we have provided you 30 days return or exchange policy. You can return or exchange almost everything within 30 days of delivery with a complete refund or exchange.
Once we receive your complain about order exchange, will be process and deliver your exchanged order within next 15 business days. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and we will send you an email confirming about the completion of your refund. Refunds will be made on the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuance from bank of the credit card.
The customer can also refund/return, in the following cases
- Incorrect product received by the customer
- Product has some flaws.
- Product damaged while shipping.
- Product is altered.
Customized products may not be returned, refund or exchanged under any circumstances. Please note that in case of return, customer will have to pay charges for shipping back the item to us.
Return and Alteration
We are dedicated to providing you with the most accurate design of your choice on the first go. We do share the authentic pictures of your custom order before dispatching it to minimize the return rate.However, if your custom order doesn’t fit you well, we do the very first alteration free of cost.
Design & Quality
We always make sure to re -re check your every detail about the customized jacket. We also send you the pictures of your customized order to make sure nothing is wrong. You can easily review the material, stitching style and design.
Sizing
When you place your custom order, our CS agent asks for your body measurement. Please refer to our sizing guide to take your body measurements. When you take our measurements correctly, there are chances for sizing error. Still, if the jacket reaches you and it doesn’t fit you perfectly, we do the first alteration free of cost. However, you would have to pay for shipping the jacket back to us.
Refund
We do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details including style, material, accessories are as per your choice and we are not likely to sell it to anyone else.
